In foreign countries, especially in Europe and the United States and other countries, graffiti and paste small advertising phenomenon is more common. In China, urban underground passageways, subway exits and other small advertisements are often seen. In order to better solve the problem of graffiti and small advertising, the evaluation and detection of anti-graffiti is particularly important. In the field of rolling stock, the standard NF F31-112 is the highest recognition standard for anti-graffiti test. When the protective layer on the surface of the product reaches the NF F31-112 standard G0 and G1 level, it can effectively prevent small advertisements from pasting or graffiti. This protective layer is anti-graffiti coating, which not only makes it difficult to write, but also easy to remove the graffiti. NFF 31-112 is an inspection standard formulated by the French Standardization Association to verify the difficulty of anti-paste and anti-coating function of vehicle surface materials. Usually under the process of the skin contact or wipe on the surface of the car body, it is easy to leave fingerprints or stains, the general surface anti-pollution treatment has spray coating, or paste anti-graffiti film. Standard NF F31-112 This needs to be evaluated in combination with erosive testing and effectiveness testing.
Erosive testing is to check the erosiveness of the detergent on the material, because to ensure that the detergent used in the cleaning process does not cause erosion or other damage to the product surface.
The effectiveness test is to determine the colorimetric difference between the graffiti removal material and the no graffiti removal material, and whether the detergent easily removes the dirt from the product surface.
The French NF F31-112 test results were divided into six grades, respectively
G0: Material is "clean" with water or directly
G1: Material is "clean" with no hazardous label detergent
G2: Material is "clean", marked with a "Xi" irritant or "F" flammable cleaner
G3: The material is "clean", with "Xn" harmful substance or "C" corrosion detergent
G4: The material is "clean" and is marked with "T" toxic detergent
NN: The material is "not clean"
If the final G4 is not reached, it is assessed as NN, or non-cleanable material.
