AS 5113 Scope of application of the standard:
Suitable for fire transmission through all external vertical or near vertical surfaces and covers all types of exterior wall systems including exterior walls, exterior skin, core materials, cavities and accessories. However, it does not involve the fire resistance and load-bearing capacity of the external wall, the fire WeChat characteristics of the inner surface or the combustible structure on the severity of the fire in the building.
