Integrity requirements:
If the cotton pad is ignited, or the backfire surface is burned for more than 10 seconds, it is considered to lose integrity;
During the test, the 6mm diameter rod can pass through the crack into the furnace, and the rod can pass through not less than 150mm along the crack length; or the 25mm diameter rod can pass through the crack, the specimen is considered to lose integrity;
Thermal insulation requirements:
The average temperature rise of the backfire surface exceeds the 140 degrees Celsius of the initial temperature of the sample surface, or the temperature rise at any point of the backfire surface is considered to lose thermal insulation.
