What are the recommended standards of the Australian Fire test report for building materials?

With the good reputation of the materials made in China and the growing reputation in the international trade market, Australia has also put forward more requirements for the materials imported from China. In particular, the building materials market, in order to meet the Australian / New Zealand building codes, fire proof and asbestos-free materials need to be provided. The standards for the fire performance of building materials are A S5637.1, A S1530.3, A S1530.2, etc. Nanjing Smart has assisted a number of enterprises to complete the Australian standard fire performance test, has rich experience, such as your project order also has this requirement, you can directly contact +86 25-86583475.

Australian building materials related fire test standards:
AS 1530.1 Fire test method of building materials Parts and components-flammability test of materials;
AS 1530.2 Fire test method of building materials parts and components-flammability test of soft film materials;
AS 1530.3 Building materials fire test method parts and components-flammability, flame propagation, heat release and smoke at the same time determination;
AS 1530.4 Fire test method of building materials Parts and components-flame retardant test of structural components;
AS 1530.8.1, Building materials Fire test method Parts and Components-Test exposed to simulated forest fire building components-radiant heat and small flame;
AS 1530.8.2, Building materials fire test method Parts and Components-Test of building components exposed to simulated forest fire-large flame;
AS/NZS 3837 uses oxygen consumption calorimeters to measure the heat and smoke emissions of materials and products;
AS ISO 9705 Full-size room heat release rate test

Qualification requirements for Australian Building Materials Fire Test Report:
NATA is an Australian accreditation organization. The test reports and certificates issued by Australian NATA certified laboratories are absolutely authoritative and recognized in Australia. Nanjing Smart and a number of NATA qualified laboratories in Australia to provide customers with convenient test application channel.

Australian Standard AS5637.1 Requirements for building materials:
AS 5637.1-2015 is the Australian standard for determining fire hazard characteristics-walls and ceilings. The test standard introduced by this standard is A S3837 or A S ISO 9705, and which test standard should be followed in practice. AS5637.1 The fire performance of building materials is divided into four grades: Group 1; Group 2; Group 3; Group 4. According to the NCC specification requirements, different application scenarios have different level requirements.

Australian Standard AS3837 Sample Requirements:
100mm * 100mm * actual thickness (not exceeding 50mm)

Australian Standard AS3837 Data Record:
rate of heat release
Effective thermal combustion value and material mass loss rate
Smoke release rate
flammability

Australian Standard A S ISO 9705 Sample Requirements:
The maximum thickness shall not exceed 100mm, the maximum width shall not exceed 2m, and the total area shall meet the 4 surfaces in the room, about 32 square meters. The dimensions of the 4 surfaces of the test room are: 32.4m*3.6m and 1 side 2.4m*2.4m. It can be cut according to the actual production into assembled samples, with a total area of 32 square meters.

ISO 9705 Test process:
The total test time was 20 min. In the first 10 minutes, the output is 100KW. When the material does not crash, the gas flow is adjusted so that the gas flow increases the heat output to 300KW for 10 minutes. The test can be stopped by a crash.
