FP= ([R1_o-R1 _f]+ [R2_o-R2_f] +[R3_o-R3_f]+ [R4_o-R4_f] +[R5_o-R5_f] +[R6_o-R6_f]) / 6

Where:

R1_o=original R1

R1 _f= final R1

R2_o=original R2

R2 _f= final R2

Average flame propagation shall be less than 101.6mm (4 in), and no specimen shall be completely consumed.
