In the Australian Standards AS 3959, they have classified different bushfire intensity levels that a home may experience during a bushfire. These are referred to as Bushfire Attack Levels, or BAL’s for short.
There are 6 bushfire attack levels in total, these are; BAL Flame Zone BAL 40 BAL 29 BAL 19 BAL 12.5 BAL Low These individual levels are based on;

AS/NZS 3959澳标适用范围 This Standard specifies requirements for the construction of buildings in bushfire-prone areas in order to improve their resistance to bushfire attack from burning embers, radiant heat, flame contact and combinations of the three attack forms.
Although this Standard is designed to improve the performance of buildings when subjected to bushfire attack in designated bushfire-prone areas there can be no guarantee that a building will survive a bushfire event on every occasion. This is substantially due to the unpredictable nature and behaviour of fire and extreme weather conditions.

ASA工程塑料与ASA改性塑料的区别
ASA工程塑料和ABS改性塑料都是大家熟习的通用工程塑料,它们都是橡胶增韧的苯乙烯—丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)。ABS改性塑料是用聚丁二烯橡胶或丁苯橡胶增韧的共聚物,而ASA工程塑料是用丙烯酸酯橡胶增韧的SAN。
ABS改性塑料由于其分子链中的丁二烯组分含有双键,容易氧化降解和光降解,在经过较短时间的光照后颜色就会发黄,所以ABS改性塑料不适合用于室外。ASA工程塑料的分子链上没有双键,耐候性要好得多。
ABS改性塑料的耐候性很差,而ASA工程塑料和UPVC的耐候性都很好。但由于丙烯酸酯类聚合物的价钱很高,ASA工程塑料的价钱就要比ABS改性塑料贵得多。
