√ 如何獲得ETA證書？
如果建築產品沒有或沒有完全涵蓋任何統一的歐洲標準(EN)，並且評估方法和標準已在歐洲評估檔（EAD）中規定，則可以發佈ETA。
因此，歐洲評估檔（EAD）構成了歐洲技術評估的基礎。它包含評估產品的方法以及系統的規範，用於評估和驗證要適用的性能認證體系（System系統）。如果相關產品尚未（完全）由現有EAD涵蓋，EOTA將開發新的或適應現有的歐洲評估檔。
√ 誰可以獲得ETA以及誰可以簽發？
非標準建築產品（或其授權代表）的製造商可以從根據“建築產品法規”指定的技術評估機構（TAB）獲得ETA。
√ 歐盟公告NB機構&TAB機構-捷克TZUS(NB1020)介紹
TZUS是歐盟公告號機構，其歐盟公告號為1020(Notified Body 1020-NB1020)。可以根據歐盟相關規定來簽發CE證書。
TZUS同時也是ETA(European Technical Approval)的認證委員之一，可以根據相關法規來簽發ETA證書。
ETA認證是在歐盟CE建築產品法規Construction Products Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011背景下的輔助認證模式，歐盟CE認證目的是解除歐洲對於建築建材產品的不同標準而可能導致的技術壁壘。當一個建築產品于歐盟CE建築產品法規之下沒有對應的產品安全標準時，可以用ETA認證的方式來符合歐盟的法規。
