PAS 24强化门窗安全性
安全设计方案 (SBD) 于 1989 年由英国首席警务人员协会导入以协助遏止窃盗。SBD 法令要求所有门窗组装均由 Kitemark 验证，或者相当于家用窗户的 BS 7950 与住宅门户的 PAS 24认证。
透过由成年男性入侵者使用如螺丝刀和撬棍等工具的力度对窗户进行测试。在测试中对窗户的所有硬件与可能的进入点进行测试，以产生普通成年男性可以进入的洞孔。强化安全性测试为纯粹针对入侵者的攻击，而非对个别硬件组件进行测试。
