BS 476-7英标产品火焰表面延伸等级测试标准 BS476-7: Fire Tests on Building materials and structures-Method of test to determine the classification of the surface spread of flame of products BS476-7: 建筑材料和建筑构件阻燃防火测试-产品火焰表面燃烧的等级测定
样品暴露在辐射热源板下10min。记录1.5分钟及10分钟样品的火焰传播程度。测试结果分成4个等级,BS476-7 Class 1, Class 2, Class 3,Class 4,Class 4材料火灾危险性很高,不允许用为建材。
BS 476-7标准等级判定条件: BS476-7 class 1防火等级要求:1.5分钟样品燃烧破坏长度不超过165mm,且10分钟样品燃烧破坏长度不超过165mm。 BS476-7 class 2防火等级要求:1.5分钟样品燃烧破坏长度不超过215mm,且10分钟样品燃烧破坏长度不超过455mm。 BS476-7 class 3防火等级要求:1.5分钟样品燃烧破坏长度不超过265mm,且10分钟样品燃烧破坏长度不超过710mm。 BS476-7 class 4防火等级要求:超出BS476-7 class 3要求限值
