TSI(Technical Specification for Interoperability)是欧盟铁路互联互通技术规范的简称，是欧盟关于铁路产品的技术法规，是为了消除欧盟国与国之间的跨国铁路运输发展障碍，进一步提高铁路运输效率，构筑泛欧铁路运输网(TEN)，达到互联互通的要求，由铁路管理机构根据EC指令规定，编制的一种针对铁路运输的互联互通性技术规范。TSI是欧盟关于铁路产品的法规，任何进入欧盟国家的铁路产品必须具有TSI认证证书。详细内容请咨询睿督公司，咨询电话：025-8658 3475。
2008年，欧盟颁布了欧盟铁路系统互通性指令2008/57/EC：Interoperability of the rail system within the Community，对机车车辆的CE-TSI认证的合格评估程序作出了规定。
√ Technical Specifications for Interoperability (TSI)
The Technical Specifications for Interoperability are specifications which are drafted by the European Railway Agency (ERA) and published by the European Commission.They ensure the European Railway Interoperability.
The fulfillment of the TSI are controlled by notified bodys (NoBo). These certificates shall be valid throughout Europe.
The notified body ERC is allowed to verify the TSI in accordance with the directive 2008/57/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 June 2008 on the interoperability of the rail system within the Community for the following scopes:
●Rolling stock - locomotives and passenger rolling stock (Regulation (EU) No 1302/2014), ●Rolling stock - freight wagons (Regulation (EU) No 321/2013), ●Safety in railway tunnels (Regulation (EU) 1303/2014), ●Rolling stock - noise (Regulation (EU) No 1302/2014) and ●Accessibility of the Union's rail system for persons with disabilities and persons with reduced mobility (Regulation (EU) No 1300/2014) ●Control-command and signalling (Regulation (EU) No 2016/919) - on-board equipment
