Jet fire test according to ISO 22899-1 and ISO 14692-2 Annex H(passive fire protection) ISO 22899-1《被动防火材料的耐喷射火焰测定》,ISO 22899-1 Determination of the resistance to jet fires of passive fire protection materials - Part 1: General requirements ISO 22899-1该标准主要规定了防火材料在喷射火条件下的测试方法和一般要求,适用于评估材料在火灾中的耐火性能?
Jet Fire Testing (ISO 22899 Part 1) Quickly and cost-effectively meet ISO 22899 requirements.
Jet Fire Testing determines passive fire protection materials' resistance to jet fires according to ISO 22899, Part1 requirements. Intertek can help you reduce the time and high costs associated with shipping and testing your products overseas. Our state-of-the-art Jet Fire facility can simulate natural gas jet fires which could occur on offshore platforms and land-based facilities, where natural gas leaks can produce significant heat flux exposure to structural steel.
The Jet Fire Test allows controlled and repeatable Jet Fire simulation on panel, web and pipe configurations coated with fire protective materials. The test is conducted using 14 Megawatt (0.3 kg/sec) horizontal flames produced by a propane fuel system projected out of the standardized jet nozzle for various time periods, depending on the rating, to simulate the intense jet fires that offshore oil rigs face.
