“城市牛皮癣”小广告已经严重影响城市环境和形象，公共交通领域受到城市牛皮癣小广告的影响更加严重。针对这一问题，地铁部门开始尝试给地铁穿上“反小广告装甲”。通过喷涂新型的防涂鸦涂料在结构表面形成保护膜，降低物质表面张力从而实现防粘贴、防涂写的功能。涂料产品达到NFF31-112标准的G0及G1级，能够有效阻止小广告的粘贴切。

NFF31-112标准将涂料的防涂鸦等级分为5个等级：
“G” grading includes the health and safety aspects of the removal products, in accordance with current legislation. Otherwise, the material will be deemed “UNCLEANABLE”.
G 0: material is "CLEANABLE" with water or dry;
G 1: material is “CLEANABLE" using a removal product that is not labelled with the danger symbol;
G 2: material is “CLEANABLE” using a removal product that is labelled “Xi” irritant and/or “F” inflammable.
G 3: material is “CLEANABLE” using a removal product that is labelled “Xn” harmful and/or “C” corrosive.
G 4 : material is “CLEANABLE" using a removal product that is labelled “T” toxic;
NN: material is “UNCLEANABLE”.

防涂鸦涂料应具备的性能
憎水憎油：涂鸦小广告有水性也有油性，因此涂膜表面必须同时具备良好的憎水性和憎油性。
易于清除：清除涂鸦小广告非常费时费力，最好能用简单擦拭的方法轻松去除。因此需要涂膜表面应平整光滑，表面张力不大。
稳定性好：在清除涂鸦小广告后，涂膜应保持初始功能。
适用于室外
易于施工等特点。
