Flame propagation
Cables with diameter greater than 6mm and less than 12mm, the completed cables shall be tested in accordance with 9.1.1 of EN50305.
Cable with diameter not greater than 6mm, the completed cables shall be tested in accordance with 9.1.2 of EN50305
Toxicity
The component parts of the cable shall be tested in accordance with 9.2 of EN50305
Other standard
DIN EN 50266-2-4: wire and cable bundles of multiple vertical flame (cable diameter ≥ 12mm), the need for this test cables and wires (not including cable), burning the maximum damage after the test cable length of less than 2.5 m.
DIN EN 50266-2-5: wire and cable bundles of multiple vertical flame (cable diameter <12mm) the need for this test cables and wires (not including cable), burning the maximum damage after the test cable length does not exceed 2.5m .
DIN EN 60332-1-2: a single vertical wire and cable flame, the need for this test cables and wires, including the data line (fiber optic cables, data bus wire, coaxial cable), combustion tests, the cable length of the top damage not more than 50mm, the bottom does not exceed 540mm.
DIN EN 50266-2-5: wire and cable bundles of multiple vertical flame (cable diameter <12mm) the need for this test cables and wires (not including cable), burning the maximum damage after the test cable length does not exceed 2.5m .
